Salt Lake City, Utah

We have been part of the AdoptUsKids family for almost 2 years and have been involved with foster care since October, 2001. Over the past few months our family has had the pleasure of working with Ms. Kim Anderson of SLC, Utah and have been blown away by her professionalism, kindness, concern, patience, and prompt reply to our questions and concerns. Kim Anderson's willingness to go far beyond her job description has made this adoptive experience go so smoothly and has renewed our hope in the entire process.

Our family first contacted Utah in June of 2008 through AdoptUsKids to inquire about brothers in their foster system. Anytime I emailed or asked a question, Ms. Anderson responded promptly and let us know how the process was going. Sometime in July I asked if our homestudy had been received and from that day forward I always heard back within a day of emailing Kim! We know how remarkable that is considering how hard all case workers have to work.

Kim Anderson also impressed us because we knew how much she loved the children she was looking for homes for. We were thankful for all the questions and phone calls we received and felt honored to be chosen as the adoptive family because we know how hard the entire team was working to find a good home for the brothers.

The Daniels Family

Nashville, TN

“It is amazing to witness the amount of love and preparation that went into the placement of these two little boys. Karen and Greg worked diligently with the child and family team in Utah in order to better understand Damien and Daniel's needs, and make an informed decision about placement. As the decision was made to place Daniel and Damien with the Daniel family, the entire team was on board and excited. The Daniel's have given the boys a chance for a forever family, and there are not enough words of gratitude that can be expressed for this miracle.” - Kimberly Anderson
