Licensing Requirements to Adopt

If you live outside of the U.S., it is still possible for you to adopt a U.S. child from foster care. There are two agencies that can assist you with the adoption process. These agencies are Adopt Abroad and VIDA (Voice for International Development and Adoption). Please contact each agency to learn about their individual programs, requirements and costs.
