Hallie describes herself as "funny and outgoing." For fun, Hallie likes to spend time with her friends, and go to school football or basketball games. Hallie participates in cheer, dance, volleyball, and choir! She is a natural athlete. Hallie is also a member of the Future Farmers of America. She enjoys going to church, where she is part of the youth group. In the future, she hopes to visit Miami or New York City. Her favorite thing about herself is her sense of humor! If Haley could have three wishes, she would want just one wish: "to have a family." Having a family to love and care for her is what's most important to Hallie. What Hallie wants in adoptive parents are a couple who can offer love and happiness. She looks forward to movie nights and time spent at school football games with a family!
The family that would be best for Hallie would be a two-parent home where healthy, positive relationships are modeled and encouraged. She would do well with a family who is familiar with educational supports and resources available for Hallie. Parents will need to understand how trauma can affect a child, and be able to show respect, understanding, and honesty toward Hallie. Overall, Hallie wants a family that will love her unconditionally and encourage her to reach her full potential! (8671BS) Spencer County
