Who is eligible?
Family Membership: Families must be licensed to adopt from foster care in the United States and have a current homestudy. If you meet this criteria, please
register to become a member family.
New to adoption: If you are new to adoption and do not have a homestudy you are not yet eligible to register. You may request to be contacted by a family advocate in your state who can answer your questions about foster care and/or adoption and suggest orientation classes and agency contacts in your area. Visit the Resource Center to learn more about adoption.
