Adoption resources for military families
Military families stationed overseas and within the US are not prohibited from adopting children from the US foster care system.
AdoptUSKids is working to help reduce barriers to adoption for military families. This includes providing free assistance to military families who are seeking to foster or adopt children from foster care.
Families stationed within the United States
Families stationed within the United States can apply to foster and adopt according to the rules of the state where you're stationed. Find out more about state foster care and adoption information where you’re stationed and how to get started. You can also speak with an adoption specialist by contacting us toll-free at 888-200-4005 or email@example.com.
